Prestige LP 120, sealed mint one owner, exact repro, this will be hard one to find.

In the early 1970’s, Fantasy records commissioned a series  production of custom  10” records to be mastered and sold in Japan.  They were exact reproductions of Prestige 10” albums produced on a limited basis and assumed sold at the time.  About a decade ago several boxes were found in a warehouse and have since been traded around the globe.  They are exact reproductions of the originals except for the line “Manufactured from master owned by Fantasy, Inc., Berkeley, California” (found on the bottom back of the cover).  The ones I am selling are all sealed except for one which I opened to take a picture of the label (search item no. 251195123997 for the picture of the label).  I have tested other copies and the sound is solid audiophile Japan quality.  These are going to get very rare and desirable.

I have been collecting records for 45 years.  All records I sell are out of my own extensive collection and have been upgraded consistently over the years.  Any record I sell is the best I could find in all this time.  I had a store for a while and would try to keep one copy of albums I liked.  Most are unplayed.  I try to keep my descriptions short to save you time.  I assume, if you are here, you know the album, titles, etc.  If not, Allmusic is a great site to get the scoop. Let me say something about shipping:  I am not Amazon.com.  I go to the post office once  a week, usually on Wednesdays. "Priority mail" means it goes by air...it does not mean it goes out in the next hour.  I have never had a package lost and do not get complaints about packing.  If you cannot be patient with shipping time, well you know.  Of course all your purchases are guaranteed for satisfaction.

MINT is unplayed, sealed, or play-graded mint.

MINT MINUS is like new but probably played once or twice...most would grade this mint

NEAR MINT is near new with some slight signs of play...an extremely clean record

VERY GOOD PLUS is collectible but might have some light sleeve marks and some light noise...still plays very well with no major issues.

I WILL USE  (+) AND (-) FOR EMPHASIS ON THE BASIC GRADES...I DO NOT LIST ITEMS LESS THAN VERY GOOD PLUS UNLESS THEY ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND THEN A FULL DISCLOSURE WILL BE PROVIDED.   BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
