Vinyl Grading

All grading is done visually AND test playing.  All Prices are based off Goldmine American Records (7th Edition) 

Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. 
The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.


Excellent (EX + or -)
The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. 
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

 
Very Good (VG + or -)
The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, 
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. 
Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

 
Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, 
perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, 
scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

 
Fair (F)
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; 
it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or defaced.

  Pay-Pal only and is expected within 48 hours.

  Your item will ship as soon as payment is received.  I take great pride in the quality of products that I offer and the manner in which I ship them.  You, the buyer are my #1 priority.  All Vinyl Records are first bubble wrapped and then shipped in Vinyl Mailers.    The items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (International) or USPS Media Mail (domestic).  Tracking number will be provided for EVERY purchase.  I will contact you when the item ships, and then again once the item arrives to ensure your complete satisfaction.

On occasion, shipping will be more than what eBay allows us to list (such as 50 pounds of house vinyl) but it will be clearly stated in the listing and you will be invoiced for that amount upon winning of item.  I DO NOT PROFIT OFF OF SHIPPING CHARGES.

We will combine shipping on multiple item bought.

We ship WORLDWIDE, but for customers outside of the US and Canada, the buyer MUST contact my shop via e-mail PRIOR to purchase for a shipping quote.

GENERALLY, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS $9.00US FOR CANADA AND $2.00US PER ADDITIONAL VINYL RECORD.  FOR OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES, SHIPPING IS GENERALLY $15.95US AND $3.00 PER ADDITIONAL VINYL RECORD.

As I have previously stated, I take great pride in the manner in which I ship my merchandise.  That being said, I DO NOT CONTROL THE PRICE THAT THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR SHIPPING, NOR DO I CONTROL THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE.  ALL international shipping is done thru USPS First class mail and packaged to arrive safely to you.  PLEASE do not inquire about international shipping unless you are a serious buyer.  It takes a great deal of time to look up shipping costs.
