Antique probably completely worthless metal detector found gun remains relic .What can I say?. I need batteries. "Nectar" as they say on the "Diggers" show, or possibly the Picker's "Rusty Gold". 2 1/2" Grips look to be plastic or Gutta Percha. Might be usable, small chip on one. Maker unknown. Barrel gone so there's none to plug. 5 1/2" longest measurement. I doubt if it's from the Civil War but quite possibly pre 1900. I can't upload any photos right now so my listings are at the bottom of the barrel (pun not really intended but I like it). $5.00 shipping includes tracking.
