Your item will be shipped within 1 working day if express delivery is paid for but please allow up to 2 working days for free delivery orders to be dispatched

We use hermes parcel company for our free postage service, its a 3 to 5 working day arrival time so please dont contact us untill after the 5th shipping day if you still have not recieved the item, we use this service to keep the cost down to us so we can pass the free service on to the customer, if a faster service is required please pay for the express service or contact us for another price

If you are outside of the mainland uk we will use royal mail for shipping, times will vary on this subject to your area

A tracking number will be given with all hermes free delivery services so you can check on its status, tracking numbers are not available to people outside of the uk i'm afraid

Any overseas parcels that incure customs charges will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay
