ITEM: Very Scarce and collectible 10" Vogue Picture Record ( 78RPM ), by Dick La Salle and the Society Orchestra. " Give Me All of Your Heart ( Dame Tu Corazon ) ", b/w " I Dreamed About You Last Night ( Cantigo Anoche Sone )". Matrix Stamper numbers: P84-1AA, and, P85-1AA. Very Rarely seen on Ebay.
COMMENTS/CONDITION: This LP came from a private collection. It is not a beat up item bought at a yard sale. Grading is according to Goldmine Standards. Record was visually inspected. My vintage 78 rpm record player is not working, so I could not test play the disc at 78rpm. I did play it on my older system at 45rpm, which, of course is not the same as 78rpm. Both sides played with no skips or groove lock, and with minimal surface noise. This record is guaranteed, so if you are not happy with it, you may return it in the same condition as when it was shipped. If you are not familiar with Goldmine's system, please go to the Goldmine web site and read the grading details BEFORE YOU BID.
The vinyl is in strong VG+ condition, retaining a nice smooth surface. The thick outer coating and the pictures do not have numerous deep surface cracks like so many of the Vogue discs that have been repeatedly played and mishandled. There are no deep scratches, cracks, or chips. There is a slight warp which did not affect the playback at 45rpm. A close inspection under a bright light source shows minor scuffs and light scratch marks, which appear mostly cosmetic with little effect upon the playing of the record. Both pictures are bright and crisp, with no fading. Record appears to have been well cared for by previous owners.
