Up for auction is a first-pressing of Kiss "Kiss" vinyl LP released on Casablanca Records (NB 9001). This is an early pressing that does not include the track "Kissin Time". Record grading as follows:
Cover: VG+ :: Cover is nice and glossy and shows minimal ring wear on the front and back sides. All sides are clean, with some standard light shelf wear. 2 Small areas on spine that have light fraying, very minor. Spine is overall crisp though and completely legible. All corners are crisp and clean with little to no wear.
Record: VG+/VG+ :: Both sides of the record are very clean with a high luster. Both sides have been play-tested and there is little to no surface noise on the lead-in and lead-out wax on both sides. Record plays clean, punchy and there is virtually no surface noise, pops or hisses throughout. Scratching is minimal on both sides. There are several spots on both sides where there is groove-wear in a circular motion where the luster isn't quite there, but I didn't notice any loss in audio fidelity when I had play tested. Were it not for these spots, I would grade the record somewhere between a high vg+/low EX. The labels on both sides are very clean and show minimal signs of handling and wear. 
Despite some of the light groove wear, this record was clearly cared for and maintained through the years. An excellent addition to any Kiss fans' collection!
