Vinyl Condition -  Presumed to be MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG to VG+ with 2 inch square missing shrink top right, 3-4 inch split along right side, small split bottom right corner, 1/2 inch split bottom left corner which allowed a stain on the back side and dusty dirty spot on front, light ring wear on the shrink , clipped top left corner, OK I gave you the flaws BUT beyond those this is a nice tightly sealed perfectly flat SEALED copy
