Shipping Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you and all records are shipped in new premium cardboard mailers or boxes with thick cardboard stiffners.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will receive a dispatch email.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Grading Grading

We do our best to make sure that our records are scratch free and in good condition but if you require more information before buying we will be happy to provide this for you. Generally all our records come in their original sleeves and only if neccesary will they be replaced with a generic sleeve. As a lot of our records come from working DJ collections a few may have a small amount of writing on the label or record sleeve, possibly a sticky label somewhere or even a sticker over the record label itself to hide the identity of a tune to nosey crowds!. However if this is a problem please ask prior to bidding.

NEAR MINT (NM):

Vinyl has been opened and played only a few times. No visible surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

EXCELLENT (EX):

Vinyl shows some signs of having been played. Sound quality is perfect all the way through.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG):

Vinyl has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and/or light scratches. May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises but only occasionally. Normal wear and tear on the cover and/or extra items.

GOOD (GD):

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises. The cover may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Grading may sometimes be fine tuned by a + or - as records rarely fit exactly into the above categories.
If there is no grading shown in the sleeve section then it means that the record is in a generic white or black sleeve.

Returns Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the transaction.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
