We specialise in selling CDs, both preorder and collectible items. We always source CDs from the UK. They are 100% genuine originals, the same as you would find in the shops.

We DO NOT sell far east imports.

 

Are all items sealed?

If the listing is a preorder, we will not know until the items arrive whether it will be sealed or not.

Generally, items in card digipacks are sealed, but items in plastic jewel cases are not sealed. Once an item has been released, we usually mention in the listing whether the item is sealed or not. In these environmentally friendly times, CDs in the UK are not always sealed, though I am aware they are in other countries. Our guarantee though is that all items are brand new, unplayed and despatched to you in mint condition.

 

What is a preorder?

If an item is listed as a preorder, it means the item has not yet been released. 

The release date will be clearly displayed on the listing and items will be posted on that date. The advantage of preordering is that we can guarantee we will have the correct amount of stock to post on the day of release.

 

How long will my item take to arrive?

Items in the UK are always posted first class, so should arrive within 1 – 2 days.

Items posted outside the UK are sent via airmail. Delivery times can vary between countries, with items to Australia and the US sometimes being as quick as 5 – 7 days, but please be aware that items can take longer. Items to South America sometimes take 4 – 6 weeks to arrive.

The Postal Service in the UK do not consider an item lost until 28 working days have passed (working days does not include Saturday or Sunday).

The tracked options are usually faster (international signed for), and are more secure but cost us an extra £5.00 ON TOP of the postage price. These options are available should you want them.
