Rare NW Rockabilly 45 Rex Amburgey and The Apaches "Let The Four Winds Blow" B/W " Where Will It Stop" on Moonees #1006 from c.1959. Recorded at The Wiley- Mcnatt Studios in Tacoma,Washington. Bill Wiley rigged up primitive reverb chamber in the brick basement of his N. Tacoma studio. He was a very inventive engineer in his day. Wiley died in a car wreck in the 70's and his studio contents were sold and then left in storage for 40 years. This record comes from this storage unit and was Bill Wileys personal copy  A version exists of him with The Ventures backing him up but wasn't released back then.  Lead guitar work is by the great Ty Willard who played with Buck Owens when he was in the NW in the late 50's. Record has some very light surface scuffs but plays and sounds great. Moonees Records was named for a Tavern in Puyallup, Washington.
