M (Mint) :  Brand new, unplayed.    NM (Near Mint) :  Looks almost new, barely played, possible odd very light surface mark.
VG+ :  Has several scuffs/marks/scratches. Has clearly been played many times, but looks and plays through okay.
VG :  In good, usable condition. May have the odd scuff or scratch that does not significantly affect play.
VG- :  Showing quite a bit of wear. Some scuffs and scratches but no jumps/skips. Possible background noise/crackle.
