If you receive your purchase in non-working condition it is more than likely a case of mishandling through the shipping process. In this case you are required to help with the insurance claim process. Once the claim is generated and in process you may then be refunded the purchase amount.

3. All OTHER returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the BUYER is required to pay for return shipping.
