Sleeve is in Good Condition for it's age. Shelf wear, Tear to front cover . Doodle of a cat drawn in Biro (size of a 1p coin, see pics) on rear cover, Small tear to rear cover ( see pics)
Vinyl is Very Good (Visual) and I would rate the playback as Excellent. Some lines and light scratches. Plays through LOUD and bright with minimal noise/crackle in gaps between tracks. Super sound quality. 
Labels are Excellent  name of owner (small) written in ink pen.
