Overall: Fine LP in absolute NM/MINT condition. AS NEW really!
This is one, of many records, from a sound engineers private archive. The huge collection was revealed after his death a few years ago. He worked for famous record companies from the 30's until late 60's and was a dedicated music lover. The collection consists of mainly classical and opera recordings, but also of some jazz and pop/rock records. Everything is in EXCELLENT, NEAR MINT or MINT condition. After buying his records, he taped them onto a Revox reel player and then archived the vinyl.
It is like visiting a record shop with new 40 - 60 years old records!
I'm very proud to offer these records for sale here at eBay!
I guarantee satisfaction - otherwise money back!
RECORD GRADING
MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition. I only grade SEALED records as MINT.
The cover and any extra items are also unused in AS NEW condition.
NEAR MINT
A nearly perfect record, with only the slightest cosmetic flaw - no audible defect.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached.
