A highly rare lp to find, even rarer to find completely sealed. It is the complete guide to growing plants successfully in the home!!

The record is mint as the package as never been opened but there is a water stain in the lower right hand corner, I have to state this, away from the record, just the corner. There is also some inner dirt that must have somehow gotten through the seal. It is why I put a strong VG+ grading on the sleeve. Comes with the packet of seeds, hope they still work!! A steal at $100.00 as I saw one of these up for $450.00 in another auction on Ebay!!
