Pristine 1988 US Sire Records copy of the Ramones "I Wanna Be Sedated" b/w "I Wanna Be Sedated" mega mix in a great pic sleeve that was issued to tie in with the release of the Ramones Mania LP. I managed a record store at the time and this copy came out of the WEA shipping box, into a plastic sleeve and stored, never played and not seeing the light of day until several weeks ago, so essentially a new vintage copy.
