This is R.D.F's second album and it has been very well looked after so its in Excellent Condition hence the price. (I have another copy of this record for sale in my listings that's cheaper but only Very Good Condition).

The vinyl is in Excellent Condition !!! The sleeve is in Excellent condition !!!  It came with a Lyric sheet which is still inside and it is in Near Mint Condition !!!  It also has a brand new protective plastic outer sleeve (see last photo).
