Sorry this was sent to me in the early 80's by Jerry A of P.I. himself after I wrote to him looking for one ...he was nice enough to send me this copy ....it came with out any sticker or inserts ...hell...it wasn't going to complain. ...i still thank him whenever I see him when the band comes around now and then through new York....hate to sell but medical shit comes first ...please serious bidders only if your not gonna pay ...please do not bid ....I've been getting screwed big time! !!
