This is the same disc that Brett Leslie sold in 2013, quoting his brilliant description of popsike, "Extremely Rare Australian 1965 garage beat r n b
classic from Johnny K - on the very obscure M.B (Mod Beat label) - as
featured on "Its A Kave-In" compilations. Try finding a copy of one of
these anywhere!! In generic white dust cover.

Condition - a Strong G both sides well worn but plays through fine. Name and a small tear on "A" side - see scans.

DJ at The Bowl Coffee Sound Lounge, Howey Court, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, July 1964 - December 1964. Then went to Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide 1965 - 1969. Recorded Big Boat Up The River b/w I'm Mad Again on Sept. 1965, on the Mod Beat Label. Sang with The Spinning Wheels, only at The Bowl. 1968-69 sang duet with his wife Val. Sonny and Cher tribute duet, "Happiness". Now a professional In-Store Announcer/ Spruiker/DJ from 1967."
