We will only accept claims and make refunds only if items have manufacturing defects or if it is an error from our part in terms of listings. We won't refund due to lost or damaged packages during shipment.

Due to new USPS price increase we are forced to increase our shipping costs. We apologize the increase in shipping costs but this is something out of our control. Canada is $12.00 for first item, $6.00 each additional item. International bidders is $18.00 for first item, $4.00 each additional. We do not ship to Brazil or China anymore due to new customs regulations. Please be aware if winning bids exceed more than 50.00 USD we will charge an additional 14.00 USD for registered mail aside from shipping charges in an effort to protect both you and us from lost or stolen packages. We do NOT SHIP TO BRAZIL, CHINA or RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
