Here's a 2x Australian Sinatra 4 Track EP's with Pic Sleeve. "3 Coins In The Fountain" is quite a rare one, the front design is very similar to the US release, the the reverse is different. "My Way", is an Australian only EP.
3 Coins In The Fountain's Cover is VG+, ringware on front, a bit of edgeware (see pics), the Vinyl is EX, faint sleeve scuffing. My Way is EX/EX, small writing on label.
