Mint (M) - Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed.

Near MINT or NM. - May have been played once or twice but the overall look is as new. Any faint marks will not be audible when played

Excellent plus or EX+ - Similar to Near Mint but may have a few more faint marks

Excellent or EX MINUS. Looks new from a distance but close up will reveal some very light marks or faint scuffs. The record will play very well with hardly any audible background noise and usually none at all

Very Good Plus or VG+ - Marks and light scratches are more visible even from a distance and some of these will be audible but not too bad. Some crackle will be audible though light

Very Good or VG - Record may have light and medium scratches/scuffs over both sides, which will be audible and causing a light to moderate background crackle.

Good + - Heavy crackle and an obvious presence of multiple light and moderate scratches over both sides causing moderate to heavy crackle. There may also be pops but the record should play through without jumps or skating. Only higher value records will be presented in this condition.

Fair or Good - In really bad shape. Same as above and there may be some jumps although the record should not allow the needle to 'skate'. Only higher value records will be presented in this condition.

Please note that delivery times can vary a lot. Sometimes it has taken 6 weeks or more for some destinations in other countries, for reasons not known to us. If in doubt it is best to check with your local Post Sorting office to see if there is anything there for you as large packets will often be returned there, left with a neigbour, or left outside somewhere. Sometimes the postman will not always leave a note. We will not consider refunds on lost items until this 6 week term
