We have just had this graded yesterday by a local dealer & he has graded as follows:
Gatefold sleeve: extremely rare JIMI to the left hand version with blue text overprint. Sleeve shows some superficial wear on the spine & some creasing to the edges but spine not affected.. No tears present & seams are all sound.
There is a very faint name & address indented to the top left of the bottom left photo which is only visible under close scrutiny with light.
Sleeve Grade: Good
Labels grade: Very good +
Vinyl: in played condition with some light spindle marks. No scratches.  Playback is audibly clear with no crackle affecting sound & no popping.  He tested this in the shop yesterday as we have no record player
Vinyl & playback grade: Very good + > excellent/mint minus
Matrix numbers on trail off as follows:
Side A: 61300##8A //1
side D: 61300#8B //1
side B: 61300#9A# //1
side C: 613009 B followed by 613009A (scratched out) followed by //1
The labels have all the usual attributes of this particular version such as erratic use of upper & lower text, ELECTRIC LADYLAND overlapping the centre indent, Cross Town being two words, "The" added to Burning of the Midnight Lamp etc.
