Record -- EX+ : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has beautiful clean company promo/sample labels with three sets of Japanese writing on each side, the first says 見本盤 sample version, the second says 非売品 Article Was Not For Sale to the Public and the third says 発売 When On Sale. It has 3 hairlines/light scratches, but no serious scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card pasted cover. This has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, but has a light dink to the front right bottom corner and the front has some light ring wear. On the rear top left side is a white rectangular sticker with black writing on indicating that this is a 見本品 sample version. On the back of the cover there is a track listing and some credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears, splits or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion. This has the track listing and lyrics on in Japanese and English and some information in Japanese. This has no tears, rips or creases, but has a few spots of light humidity.
