RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you have purchased then you can return the item to us within 14 days providing it is unworn, unused, still in its original condition & packaging. Please contact us before returning an item for instructions on how to return the item.

We advise you to use recorded delivery, when returning an item or a delivery service that can be tracked & traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded.

Please leave a note inside the parcel with your full name, eBay userID, address, item number & your refund request. Failure to provide this information may delay completion of your refund, & in some cases items may go missing.
