This is a copy of The Velvet Underground - White Light/White Heat. It was released in 1968 on Verve Records in the US. This is the first pressing manufactured in New York. It has the title errors and the "Lead Guitar" credit for Lou. It also has the skull tattoo on the front cover (see photos).
