PINK FLOYD ~ The Division Bell ~ UK TOUR PROGRAMME AND TICKET FOR 13th OCTOBER, 1994.

A REALLY HISTORIC TICKET, THE FINAL NIGHT WAS FOR THE LAST EVER UK PINK FLOYD CONCERT
WAS PERFORMED ON THE 13th OCTOBER, 1994 AT EARLS COURT, LONDON.

PRINTED IN THE UK FOR THE EUROPEAN TOUR, 22nd JULY - 29th OCTOBER, 1994.

NOT ONLY WITH THE ORIGINAL CONCERT TICKET, THIS ALSO HAS A 1994, EXCLUSIVE PINK FLOYD
TOUR Bell MERCHANDISE CATALOGUE BOOK, FOR MAIL ORDER PURCHASING, THE FRONT COVER
HAS A  "Division Bell" LOGO IN THE CENTRE IN COLOUR AND THE BACKGROUND IS A DEEP BLUE.
  THE BLACK AND WHITE LETTERING HAS;

  Bockum Global Merchandising
  PINK FLOYD
  1994 European Tour
  Exclusive Merchandising Offer

It was picked up at Earls Court and measures 6" x 2.5", with 14 semi glossy pages, picturing Pink Floyd tee shirts and similar
items printed with Pink Floyd related pictures and lettering.  The pictures are in colour and the back has a removable form to
order the goodies from.  The form was not used and cut out so the brochure/ book is almost like brand new,I had better
place that into a grading format;
THE EXCLUSIVE MERCHANDISE BOOK IS IN MINT- CONDITION.

THE OUTSIDE HARDCOVER FEATURES VARIATIONS ON THE ALBUM COVER'S ARTWORK WITHOUT ANY TITLES,
ONLY "European Tour, 1994" IS PRINTED ON THE INSIDE'S SECOND PAGE.  AS FAR AS I KNOW, THERE IS NO
OTHER TOUR PROGRAMME WITH SUCH A UNIQUE METHOD OF BOTH COMBINING A TITLE  AND 'NUMBERING'
THE PAGES.  THE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS AND DIGITS OF, "The Division Bell-Pink Floyd-Europe-1994," ARE IN
AN UNBROKEN SEQUENCE ON THE CENTRE OF EVERY PAGE, EXCEPT THE TRANSPARENT PAIR, THE NUMBERS
ARE IN VARIOUS COLOURS.   I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS INGENIOUS METHOD OF INDEXING A BOOK
MENTIONED ANYWHERE, SO IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED.

MEASURING A LARGE 11.75 " x  9",  AS THE ABOVE REVEALED FROM THE CHARACTERS USED, THERE ARE 34
COLOUR PAGES, WITH FOUR TRANSPARENT OR 'BLUE PRINT' STYLE PAGES.  THE COLOUR PAGES ARE PRINTED
ON TOP QUALITY GLOSSY PAPER IN COLOUR.  HERE IS A SUMMARY OF MOST OF THE CONTENTS:

Artwork & Photo's from "The Division Bell" album & associated singles.

Live on stage photo's, including a stunning double page spread.

Individual full pages featuring David Gilmour, Rick Wright and Nick Mason.

A list of all the band members' equipment.

Articles written by Mark Fisher, Marc Brickman, Phil Taylor and Robbie Williams.

"The Ultimate Pink Floyd Trivia Test" , one for all fans to try and answer!

A complete singles and albums discography, 1967 -1994 printed over album artwork on one page, and
"The Division Bell" artwork for the second page, taking it on from the 1971 "Relics" LP, then until 1994.

A full page featuring colour pictures of every Pink Floyd album as re-mastered CD's.

A full page opposite the above, promoting the "The Division Bell" album, the front cover is pictured.

A superb full page 1960's concert poster for The Town Hall, Leeds, England.

Complete tour, stage and road crew credits.

RARE COMPLETE TICKET, STILL WITH THE PERFORATED SECTION WITH "To Be Give Up" SECTION, IT WAS NOT
TORN OFF ON THE WAY IN.

This ticket was for the final night of the final Pink Floyd UK concert.

THE UK CONCERT TICKET WAS FOR EARLS COURT, LONDON, THURSDAY, 29th OCTOBER, 1994,  IT WAS WAS NOT
STUCK OR STAPLED TO THE COVER, JUST SLIPPED INSIDE THE PROGRAMME BEFORE THE CONCERT, BOTH HAVE
REMAINED UNTOUCHED EVER SINCE.  MEASURING 4"x 3.25,"   PLEASE SEE THE CLOSE UP PICTURES FOR THE
FRONT OF THE TICKET, THE REVERSE HAS 'Conditions Of Use" PRINTED IN BLACK & WHITE AND ON VIEW WITH
  THE BACK COVER.

  POSITION: BLOCK 40,  ROW G, SEAT 5

THE TICKET PRICE WAS £15
THE DOORS OPENED AT 6:15 p.m. AND THE CONCERT BEGAN AT 7:45 p.m.

THIS WAS THE TWELFTH NIGHT OF ONLY FOURTEEN SCHEDULED CONCERTS, OBVIOUSLY DUE TO THE SEATING
COLLAPSE ON THE FIRST NIGHT BEING CANCELLED  912th) AND RE-SCHEDULED FOR THE 17th.  THE BACKGROUND
COLOUR IS LIGHT GREY TO WHITE, LIGHT BLUE, NAVY AND BLACK PRINTING.
PERFECTLY CLEAN, UNTORN AND UNFADED, WITHOUT ANY  'DAY OF CONCERT, HORIZONTAL ORIGINAL FOLDS.
STILL PERFECTLY FLAT AFTER THE PLACEMENT INSIDE THE PROGRAMME AFTER THE PERFORATED SECTION HAD
BEEN TORN OFF AND RETAINED AT THE ENTRANCE.   INSTANTLY PLACING IT STRAIGHT INSIDE THE CENTRE
PAGES OF THE PROGRAMME, MEANT IMMEDIATE PRESERVATION.
AN OUTSTANDING CONDITION TICKET, THAT INCLUDES ALL THE CORNERS AND EDGES BEING PERFECTLY STRAIGHT
AND UNFRAYED, MY CLOSE UP PICTURE WILL SHOW HOW 100% FLAT IT ACTUALLY IS.

GRADING ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE 'USED' BY DEFINITION OF THEIR PURPOSE, IS A FRUITLESS, POINTLESS
EXERCISE, THIS TEXT AND MY CLOSE UP PICTURE ARE ALL THAT IS REQUIRED TO ASSESS THE CONDITION.

THE PROGRAMME IS ALSO IN REALLY OUTSTANDING CONDITION, EVEN SMALLER  PROGRAMMES WERE
COMMONLY FOLDED IN THE CENTRE AND EVEN MORE SO, FOR THESE LP COVER HEIGHT PROGRAMMES.
FOR ONCE THERE WAS NOT A CENTRAL FOLD MADE, ALL THE PAGES ARE IN MINT CONDITION, IN FACT,
LOOKING BRAND NEW IN SPITE OF BEING HELD THROUGHOUT THE CONCERT AND THE JOURNEY HOME.
EVEN THE OUTSIDE COVER IS IN MIRACULOUS CONDITION, NO SCUFFS OR SCRAPES AND  VIRTUALLY NO
HANDLING TRACES, WHICH IS INDEED A MINOR MIRACLE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME OF PEOPLE LEAVING
EARLS COURT IN A TIGHT HUDDLE.
I ALWAYS INCLUDE THE MEREST RUFFLING TO THE EDGES AND CORNERS OF PROGRAMMES, BUT THIS IS SUCH
SUCH AN EXCEPTIONAL "The Division Bell" PROGRAMME I FEEL GUILTY EVEN SAYING THAT!
AS I WRITE WHEN DESCRIBING CONCERT PROGRAMMES FROM ANY DECADE, THAT GENUINELY ENTERED
AND LEFT THE VENUES, GRADING BECOMES  EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, BECAUSE THEY WERE HELD AND OF
COURSE HANDLED.  IN THEORY, THEY CAN ONLY EVER BE BETWEEN EXCELLENT AND NEAR MINT,
OF COURSE REPRO'S AND FAKES EXIST, THOSE 'MINT' BEATLES PROGRAMMES YOU SEE ON EBAY HAVE
BEEN MADE TO CON PEOPLE AND THAT INCLUDES ALL MAJOR BANDS LIKE LED ZEPPELIN & PINK FLOYD,
HOW COULD ANY DECADE'S PROGRAMME NOT HAVE SOME SIGNS OF BEING THROUGH THE CONCERT?
I WILL PLACE THIS OUTSIDE COVER AT MINT- AND ALL THE PAGES AS MINT-.
A TREMENDOUS EFFORT WAS MADE TO AVOID THE USUAL 'IN-CONCERT' CREASES, FOLDS AND SCUFFS,
SO A REALISTIC SUMMARY WOULD BE A SUPERB, AS NEAR TO PERFECT PROGRAMME AS IT GETS.

Normally I like to add background details to the tours of programmes I sell, but for Pink Floyd, I can only just about accept
justifying it for both their 1980/1881 UK tours "The Wall" was performed on.  For "The Division Bell" in 1994, it feels much
too close to start digging out the facts, figures and stories about, I suppose I will soon have to concede even that is rapidly
receding into the past, the 19 years have flown past.  Plus apart from that one-off charity event in 2005, when the band were
re-united with Roger for the last time live in Hyde Park, London, for 'Live 8', this programme became the final time a Pink Floyd
tour programme was printed.  What a fantastic one though!  You could not ask for a better quality or contents, for a band who's
concerts originated dazzling light shows, they certainly went out in style, I'm old enough to have seen them in the Syd Barret
era psychedelic 1960's, so an appreciation of their final concerts and tour programme is made with a heartfelt enthusiasm.
My first encounter was in the winter of 1966 in London, it was fitting they ended their final gig in London, 38 years later on
the 29th October, even if you included that last blow with Roger Waters, it was back in London where it all began.

The "The Division Bell" was a massive event that began in America, another reason it seems unnecessary to discuss the tour in
any detail, is because "PULSE" was recorded during it, released and available right now to enjoy in person even if you missed out
in 1994.   I recently sold the ultra rare, UK analogue vinyl Limited Edition on ebay, but a "PULSE" CD version is more affordable
and all you need is this programme on your lap while soaking up the music!   The entire "Dark Side Of The Moon" performed live
and a lengthy tribute to Syd makes it essential. The big advantage with this programme is the superb condition, an original ticket
and you have a seat at Earls Court!  It would feel like an incomplete job if I failed to supply any tour info, the programme does
not list any concert dates, so I will finish this with the London dates of the last ever Pink Floyd tour.

  R & M RECORDS.

My lifetime's love of music and records began at a very young age, the arrival of the Beatles and the 1960's decade
in general had a very profound effect. It was only natural to bring all my first hand experience of collecting vinyl
into becoming a professional record seller.  Nearly thirty years ago we entered into the wonderful atmosphere
of record fairs with the highest possible standards set. When the Internet became the world's new market place for
vinyl, in 2001 it was time to join ebay. Those standards were rigidly adhered to as they will always continue to be,
the basics of honesty and integrity were very much part of the era the music I love originated in, so here is our friendly
and very efficient service we are proud to provide;

EVERY RECORD IS FULLY PLAYED AND COMES WITH A 'NO ARGUMENT' MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
I USE GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE AS WELL AS A GLOBALLY ACCEPTED GRADING TERMINOLOGY
FROM THE U.K. "RECORD COLLECTOR PRICE GUIDE" BOOK.
THERE IT CLEARLY STATES "Sound Quality" AFFECTS EVERY GRADING LEVEL AND THAT IS THE ONE
AND ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO ACCURATELY GRADE RECORDS. i.e. COMBINING A STRICT VISUAL
INSPECTION WITH VERY CLOSELY LISTENING TO EVERY SECOND, UNLESS PERHAPS IN THE CASE
OF GENUINELY UNPLAYED VINYL.  EVEN THEN WE STILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR A RECORD
WHEN A CUSTOMER RECEIVES EITHER A SEALED OR AN UNPLAYED RECORD.

We take 100% responsibility after an item has been posted and offer our fullest support in the event of any problems.
"There Are No Problems, Only Solutions" (John Lennon)
MY DESCRIPTIONS WILL ALWAYS BE 100% HONEST AND TOTALLY ACCURATE ON ALL GRADINGS
FROM 'V.G.' ( VERY GOOD), TO THE ULTIMATE 'MINT' CONDITION.

ANY QUESTIONS ON OUR ITEMS ARE WELCOMED AND WILL BE PROMPTLY REPLIED TO.

WE ARE FULLY EXPERIENCED AT SHIPPING WORLDWIDE AND NO EFFORT IS SPARED TO PROTECT
RECORDS AND COVERS ETC.  WE WELCOME BIDDERS FROM ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD.

ALL RECORDS ARE REMOVED FROM THEIR SLEEVES AND PLACED INTO NEW PROTECTIVE CARD
SLEEVES AND THEN PLACED INTO NEW, HEAVYWEIGHT PLASTIC OUTER SLEEVES.
THE GREATEST ATTENTION IS PAID TO MAKING THE PACKAGING EXTREMELY STRONG & SECURE.
EVERY POSSIBLE EFFORT IS MADE TO ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY AND WE ONLY USE THE VERY BEST
QUALITY PACKAGING MATERIALS, THE COST OF THE ITEM IS IMMATERIAL, EVERY RECORD IS
TREATED EXACTLY THE SAME.

WE DO NOT TREAT POSTAGE AS A MONEY MAKING PROJECT, POSTAGE IS LESS THAN COST, USING
ONLY PROFESSIONALLY PACKED BOXES WITH SUBSTANTIAL PROTECTIVE PACKAGING THAT DOES
WEIGH A LITTLE EXTRA.

UNDER PAYPAL & EBAY'S GUIDELINES, ALL RECORDS WILL BE SENT VIA A FULLY INSURED TRACKABLE
SERVICE.

We have kept all our charges at the same level for years now, but due to the Post Office's new price increases, regretfully we
will have to increase the cost of LP's, however, singles will remain unchanged.  Ebay were aware of that happening and have
increased their minimum postal cost for LP's to £7.00, that figure has been enforced by the UK Post Office and it will become
our UK First Class, Recorded Delivery cost for albums up to the value of £46.  A temporary reduction this week means we can
now post LP's for £5, but who knows how long before the Post Office return to £7?

For LP's valued above £46, the cost will be £9, we are unhappy about either increase but our high standard of packaging has meant
in 13 years of ebay trading, there has not been one record damaged, we are determined to maintain that in the present and future.

IN THE UK RECORDS UP TO THE VALUE OF £46 WILL BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY, OVER £46 WILL BE
SENT SPECIAL DELIVERY.
FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD ALL RECORDS WILL BE SENT VIA 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR.'

POSTAGE  COST FOR LP's
UK: UP TO VALUE OF £46, FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY  £5.00
