Although the item is new, the shrink wrap has started to peel off along the top-right corner of the cover as well as about half of the opening where the vinyl is inserted. There is a bend along the top-left corner of the cover as well. There are a few other tiny creases scattered along the jacket, but nothing too noticeable. Please see the photos for specific hiccups.
The album was purchased from the Clearance section of Hot topic, and although the jacket doesn't look like it, the vinyl record itself is untouched and brand new, so the sound quality will be just as good as it came out of the pressing plant.
The record's color is a "crystal silver" hot topic exclusive variant out of 1000.
