As a buyer it's is imperative that you kindly allow me, the seller an
opportunity to correct any mistakes if one was made with your item
before asking Ebay or Paypal to intervene. In fact all messages are
responded to within a few hours no matter the time or day. If you deem
it important to send me a message about your item, I will take that to
mean it's important. No matter the time of day, night or morning
expect to receive correspondence back within a few minutes to a few
hours at most.
With that said we can probably resolve most issues and concerns with
one or two messages or a phone call. If either the buyer or seller
think it prudent to communicate in real time via phone so as to avoid
back and forth correspondence regarding a concern that may not be simple
to resolve or require a long winded solution; that's to say, knowing
many are busy, I certainly don't want to disrupt your already good day
with inundated emails, please oblige so I may get you squared away
expeditiously. Your satisfaction is the up most concern and will make
it right 99.9% of the time.
Please note once a case or return has been opened, negative feedback
and/or low item description rating left, there's little in way of
righting a wrong mistake from the seller's side of the transaction as
Ebay will understandably count the item as defective.
In this way, we can continue to keep the cost down by receiving
discounts whereby passing the savings on to you the buyer.

Handling Returns: Seller's directive protocol for receiving a refund
for an item that has been damaged, lost or broken during transit as
well as never received. Every effort is made to expedite the shipment
of your item within 1 business day. During that process and while
your item is being packaged, the shipping depot goes to great expense
to pack your item safely, but with the USPS, FedEx and USPS using the
same sorting facility there are a lot of disgruntled workers handling
the packages. That's to say with the three carriers using the same
sorting facility as well as USPS delivering FedEx's Local Smart Post
Packages it puts a huge excessive load on the warehouse sorters/workers
and mail carriers who are often over worked and visibly tired which
leads to mistakes or carelessness. I receive comments on a monthly
basis regarding one's local mail carrier as to how they are seen
mishandling as well as often throwing or simply not using care with
packages in their care.
Luckily for the seller, we can file a claim for the item but not for
the postage fee. It's a loss that we incur which is part of doing
business that is somehow incorporated into our rock bottom prices.
What we need from you before a refund can be given is a photo of the
package to include the item, the packing material, and box in it's
entirety. Please don't throw away any part of the item received
including the box, bag or envelope until 4 weeks after making initial
contact with me so as to preserve the evidence should the carrier
require additional information.
Once we receive your correspondence with the problem clearly stated and
applicable photos, you will receive a refund within 24 hours
(excluding necessitated returns), no questions asked, we just do it.
If you simply want to return an item because you don't want it due to
whatever reason, change of heart, et al; we will upon receipt of the
item with it's original box/content inspect it to ensure it has been
returned in the same condition it was sent; you will receive either a
refund within 24 hours, that's my personal guarantee or follow up
correspondence with the discrepancy whereby offering a fair and
agreeable solution. For example, if buying a clothing item, and the
tags have been removed this clearly creates a problem for the seller.
That's to say the item can no longer be sold as new with tags. To
expect a full refund under those circumstances is abusing Ebay's Money
Back Guarantee Policy. In most cases, we can still re-sell the item,
but at a discounted rate which the buyer will have to incur the
difference hence the refund amount will be reflected respectively upon
an agreed amount by both the seller and buyer. This includes purses,
shoes or whatever else bearing visibly usage, worn or scuffed marks.
For this reason we recommend your take photos of the item before sending
it back.
In some cases mistakes are made by the seller to include an erroneous
description, wrong item sent, or perhaps missing a piece or part
rendering the item unusable. When this unfortunate incident occurs, we
can either send you at our expense the replacement part or a shipping
label so that you may send the item back. You bear or endure no expense
except a few pennies it cost printing the label, and we'll even have
it picked up wherever you receive mail residence or business alike, no
P.O. Boxes.
If you send the item back but don't use our label, we can only credit
you for the cost we would pay through Ebay as we get discounted rates.
In some cases, you will not be asked to send the item back depending on
the severity of the damage. In which case you will receive written
communication confirming that we've asked you not to return the item.
You will then receive a refund within 24 hours, no hassles providing
you have sent sufficient evidence as requested above so that we may in
turn file a claim with the carrier.
If you are unable to provide evidence or proof of damage upon request,
please don't expect a refund of your payment either in full or in part.
If you are buying a gift for someone and having it dropped shipped,
please let the recipient know to keep any and all of the item(s)
received should a return be in order.
Note about 1-3% of the packages sent never get scanned when picked up
daily and brought to the local sorting facility. I've seen packages
make it all the way to the buyer before it gets scanned. However if
you have not received your package in reasonable time (7 days or less
for domestic and 14-21 days international) chances are something has
happened. Best thing to do is send me a message, I will follow up with
confirmation that I received and am working on locating your item.
Please allow 24 hours for an updated response thereafter.
In most cases a wrong address is the culprit, but no worries we can get
it re-routed for $10.00 or less which the buyer must incur at their
own expense. If the mistake was made by our shipping depot, we will
pay to have it re-routed. If the package arrives with insufficient
postage which can happen due to human error or if the item gets wet
adding more weight though rare .005-.010%, it has been known to happen,
you will be reimbursed for the difference.
Lastly if your item doesn't arrive due to it being lost though not
scanned due to the carelessness of the post office or our shipping
facility @ .01-.05%, you will be given a refund within 21 days after
purchasing the item. That's written in bold black letters here so no
need to file a claim or open a dispute. While some sellers are late to
respond or not at all; make buyers wait or jump through hoops, I don't
and value you as a customer for life.
