Vinyl Condition - Presumed MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG+      Punch hole upper left edge/corner, Shrink split all the way across upper edge and 4 inches on upper right corner~vinyl has not been exposed because this is a unipack style cover where you open the gatefold and remove the vinyl on the left edge (SEE CLOSE UP PHOTOS) otherwise very minor shelf wear
****Check out the picture of my packaging - I respect your purchase with a Heavy Cardboard shipping box, cardboard protectors on each side of the record and a sheet of bubble wrap on each side for even more protection and then I use brown packing tape which really stiffens the package up for even more security.  If you have ordered records before you know this is the exception not the norm in packaging.
