I am selling off my personal collection of original UK first pressing vinyl albums to supplement a house move. It's sad to see them go but I need the money for essential repairs. I have adopted the Record Collector magazine’s Grading Guide to describe the condition and I have also play-checked each album, so you can be confident about buying. The pictures are also of the actual album you are bidding on.

A Genuine Original 1976 UK 1st Pressing Vinyl LP on the Asylum Records label in the gate-fold record sleeve and colour inner sleeve.

An absolute classic! With more than 16,000,000 album sales this has to be one of the best albums ever made. First released in December 1976 this was the Eagles’ fifth studio album and one of their most commercially successful, going platinum 16 times in the US, 6 times in the UK, and 10 times in Canada. It reached #1 in the US four times in 1977. A must have album in any collection, this original first pressing is very collectible.

This Original sound recording is a UK first pressing identifiable by the Catalogue Ref: K53051. It was issued in the gate-fold record sleeve picturing the band in the hotel lobby photo and the lyrics to Hotel California inside.

Condition (using Record Collector Magazine grading)
I have tried to provide good quality large pictures of the album and sleeves. Please take the time to click through them and satisfy yourself of the quality of this LP. The pictures should speak for themselves.
Vinyl = EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having being played with the odd light surface scratch, but there is absolutely no discernable lessening in sound quality. I have play-checked the album and it’s a good quality pressing too, with very little background noise.
Cover = NEAR MINT: The cover has been kept in a protective plastic sleeve since new and is almost ‘as new’.
Inner sleeve = EXCELLENT: The inner sleeve is in excellent condition with just the slightest creasing and marks consistent with age.
 
 
Note
The record will be very well packaged and sent Royal Mail Small Parcel, which is the cheapest option.

Postage up to 2kg in weight is just £3.11 (circa 8 albums), then from 2-5kg in weight is £6.85 tracked (circa 20 albums). I am also happy to wait for payment to allow you to bid on multiple items. Just send me a message to let me know.
