Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has company promo/sample labels on each side with a set of Japanese writing, this says見本盤 sample version.

Cover -- EX++ : The original heavy card cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone. On the top edge of the cover is a red rectangular sticker with white writing; this says that this is a 見本盤 sample version. On the back there is a track listing in English.

Obi Strip -- VG+ : The original obi strip, this has a 19mm tear on the front top right side (see picture below), there are no other rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion. On here is a track listing and the lyrics in English and Japanese, some credits in English and information in Japanese. This has no creases, rips or tears.
