Brilliant record!
Condition:  The record easily grades a Near Mint, it looks unplayed.
The record cover is in a modest VG++, only because of the hole punch and some trivial wear   (see scan) and would grade much higher normally.
Comes with original and beautiful (see scans) photo and lyric inner sleeve.
I've been collecting records for over 52 years now and this album is from my personal collection. I have thousands of records from mostly the 60's and 70's to go through to go though and will be listing in the coming months/years….It's going to take me some time to go through what I have.
