I am selling off my collection of original first pressing vinyl albums to supplement a house move. It's a pity to let them go but the money is needed for essential repairs. I have adopted the Record Collector magazine’s Grading Guide to describe the condition and I have also play-checked each album, so you can be confident about buying. The pictures are also of the actual album you are bidding on.

Overseas bidders are very welcome. (Please see ‘Postage’ below for postage options.)

UK postage for up to 7 disks is just £3.17

Worldwide postage for 1 album is just £6.00

Condition (using Record Collector Magazine grading)
When describing the condition I have adopted the 'Record Collector' magazine’s Grading Guide. I have also play-checked each album. I  have also tried to provide good quality large pictures of the actual album you are bidding on so you can see the condition for yourself. The pictures should speak for themselves.

Vinyl = NEAR MINT: The record has only been played a few times and is still in near mint condition. Even in bright daylight it is hard to make out any marks on the vinyl. Just a few of the faintest wispy lines. Sound reproduction is excellent with absolutely no discernible deterioration in sound quality and it's a nice quiet pressing, with very little unwanted background noise.
Cover = VERY GOOD: The cover seam had, at some time in the past, been stuck with sticky tape. This had peeled away and I carefully re-glued it for a more permanent repair. There are no major defects, just normal wear and tear consistent with age.
Inner Sleeve = VERY GOOD: The inner sleeve had also come unstuck at the seam and had been repaired with sticky tape, which had peeled away. I carefully re-glued it for a more permanent repair. Other than this the sleeve is in excellent condition for its age.

Authenticity Of This Copy (Barcode and Other Identifiers)
This is identifiable as the 1972 UK first pressing because it bears the catalogue number 69007 and has the CBS boxed logo on the single-tone orange disk labels, which include 'Made in England' at the bottom edge.

Cat Ref: 69007 appears on the reverse of the cover sleeve and as S 69007 on the disc label.
Matrix / Runout (Side 1, etched): AL 30750-4AF (and stamped) S 69007 A4
Matrix / Runout (Side 2, etched): BL 30750-4AC (and stamped) S 69007 B4

Postage
I take care to package records properly in rigid cardboard, thereby making every effort to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition that they were sent.

UK postage for up to 7 disks is just £3.17. This is by Royal Mail Small Parcel, which is the cheapest option. If you would like another service e.g. signed and/or tracked please ask before paying and I will send you an adjusted eBay invoice. I only ever charge at cost with eBay’s 10% commission on top. I do not charge for packaging.

Worldwide postage for 1 album is just £6.00. This is by Royal Mail International Economy, which comes with £20.00 insurance against loss or damage. If you want a different service or if you buy more than one album please choose a postage option from the table below and send me a message. I will then send you an eBay invoice with the adjusted postage cost.

'Economy' delivery is quite slow so you can choose 'Standard' which takes 5-7 days and comes with £20.00 insurance, or 'Tracked & Signed' which comes with £50.00 insurance.

The postage rates below are the cheapest I can provide. I do not charge for packaging. All I charge is the actual postage cost plus eBay’s 10% commission on top.

Any other questions? Please ask.

Happy bidding and good luck!
