Record -- Mint- : This Vinyl shines like glass; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds wonderful when played. It has company promo/sample labels on each side with two sets of Japanese writing, the first says 発売 when on sale and the second says 見本(非売品) sample article not for sale.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone, but has light shelf wear on the top edge and some very light ring wear front and back, also has light dinks to the spine corners. On the front bottom tight corner of the cover is a white rectangular sticker with red writing, which says that this is a 見本(非売品) sample article not for sale. On the back there is a track listing and some credits in English.

Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip, this has a 1mm nick on the front right bottom side and a slight rub on the seam flap at the back, there are no other rips, tears, creases or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which 2 pages 4 sides long in a gatefold fashion. On here is a track listing and the lyrics in English and Japanese and some information in Japanese. This has no creases, rips or tears.
