Who We Are: We are a Christian organization built to support orphans and orphanages overseas and locally. All profits go towards various projects to help serve those in need. Our eBay store was created to support this vision.

Products: We receive all our inventory by the pallet, most of which are customer returns or floor models. Items are tested if possible. Our eBay team works hard to accurately describe the condition of the item. We take detailed pictures to show what all is included and to capture any defects.

Messages: Messages are checked Monday – Friday – 8 am – 4 pm EST. Please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.

Shipping: Shipping costs are set differently within each listing. Default shipping method is UPS, but we are willing to ship through USPS. We only offer shipping within the main continent of United States. Items are shipped out Monday – Friday any time before 2 pm (EST). Anything purchased after this time will be shipped out the next day. A tracking number will be uploaded to your item on eBay as soon as the label has been created. Please understand that once the item leaves our warehouse, we have no control on how fast the item will arrive at your location. Over the holidays please allow for some delay. If an item does not arrive after a good period of time, please contact us and we will check into the situation.

Returns: We accept returns within our 14 day return policy. Starting a return is made easy through eBay, you can find the option in your purchase history. If the item is broken or does not work upon arrival, we will supply a return label. Feel free to message us with questions about the return process.
