I thought you'd listen to my reasoning,
But now I see, you don't hear a thing,
Try to make you see, how it's got to be....

Yes, it's all right, all or nothing.
Yeah, yeah, all or nothing.
All or nothing, for me.

Things could work out just like I want them to, yeah,
If I could have the other half of you, yeah,
You know I would, If I only could....

Yes, it's yeah, all or nothing,
Oh yeah, all or nothing,
You'll hear my children saying,
All or nothing, for me.

I didn't tell you no lie girl,
So don't you sit there and cry girl.
Yeah, all or nothing,
Oh yeah, all or nothing,
Oh yeah, all or nothing,
D'you know what I mean,
You got to, got to, go to keep on trying, yeah,
All or nothing, my, my, yeah,
All or nothing, all or nothing for me, for me, for me,
Come on children, yeah,
All or nothing, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
All or nothing, I kept on singing to myself,
All or nothing, yeah for me, yeah.
SMALL FACES: "The BBC Sessions" LP,  VINYL EDITION, RARE FIRST AND ONLY UK PRESSING, IN MONO.
THE CD VERSION WAS RELEASED FIRST IN 1999, EXCLUSIVELY ON THE BBC's OWN LABEL, 'Strange Fruit',
THE LIMITED VINYL WAS ISSUED 29th FEBRUARY, 2001, ON THE SAME BBC LABEL.
How wonderful to say the gatefold cover was printed in England and the vinyl pressed in England, few albums were in the 2000's,
but the BBC was always an English establishment.   I have shown the cover's printed credits and bar code in a close up picture,
that includes;"A BBC Production - Made In England," great to read that instead of the usual non committal"Made In EU." Sad to say
like all rare truly great albums, counterfeit copies are starting to appear on ebay claiming to be on the one and only BBC label
for this album.  fourteen years ago the 'Strange Fruit' label had a distinctive red background to black printing, counterfeit labels
are completely different and my pictures contain the genuine 2001, first and only pressing label design and colour.

STRANGE FRUIT LABEL:  SFRSLP087
Like other BBC records in this era, only a catalogue number was allocated, when so few records are pressed, traditional indexing
methods like a maitrix in the run-out, become surplus to requirements really and only the catalogue was hand scribed.  The labels
contain the maitrix number as well as the vinyl, like the cover and bar code, the labels have the 'SFRSLP087' catalogue number.
"The BBC Sessions" failed to chart in 1999 and so did these very limited vinyl editions when pressed in 2001.

ORIGINAL 2001 INNER SLEEVE, PLAIN WHITE WITH A DIE-CUT CENTRE, UNSPLT & UNUSED, IN MINT CONDITION.

THE SUPERB DELUXE GATEFOLD COVER HAS A GLOSSY TOP SURFACE ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE INSIDE.  MADE FROM
HEAVYDUTY THICK CARDBOARD, THE SPINE IS EXTRA WIDE AND SQUARE SHAPED.
Literally like brand new, considering it's now fourteen years since it was printed, storage has been absolutely perfect, by that
I am also including how the gatefold has never been fully opened out.  Normally the opening has been eased open but the angle
you see it opened in my picture is as far as it goes, I never apply any form of pressure just to improve a picture and make sure
that 'just printed feel' is how the next owner will find it.  To show the fantastic inside's pictures and text in full, I have
taken pictures of the individual inside panels, in fact, the comprehensive tracks, band details and pictures are best seen in
the pictures, than have this rather old original Small Faces fanatic drooling over the stunning cover!  This was after all, the
first Small Faces album with new, previously unheard material since 1969!   Yes, I had every bootleg with BBC tracks and
also those sourced directly from a BBC LP, but the live performances here surpassed even that for sound quality and then
went the 'extra mile' by presenting completely unknown material.  There are several BBC TV live performances not on this
album, but the grainy sound quality is for us fanatics who accept bootleg quality as all that survived.   No attempt was made
to compile a complete "Anthology" of BBC appearances, you can find most on You Tube anyway, this "The BBC Sessions" album
concentrated only on perfectly recorded and preserved material.   I had better save something for the description below!
THE COVER IS COMPLETELY UNWORN & UNAGED, IN TRULY BEAUTIFUL MINT CONDITION.

IF EVER A RECORD & COVER CAN BE GRADED BY PICTURES WITHOUT REQUIRING TEXT, THIS IS IT!  IMMACULATE
LABELS DO NOT HAVE ANY TRACES OF SPINDLE ALIGNMENT,THE RECORD IS IN UNPLAYED MINT CONDITION.
I have my own treasured CD and vinyl and I will offer this without playing it, below are the tracks followed in brackets by the
song writers, then the BBC programmes they were originally broadcast on with the dates.   The final 'tracks' on Side 2 contain
five individual interviews, four are with Steve Marriott (always worth hearing Steve answering questions!) and the fifth is with
Kenney Jones.

Ever since joining ebay in the year this immense and essential Small Faces album was released on vinyl, I have hunted for true
Mint UK pressings to offer.  What a shame that a site that supposedly has zero tolerance to counterfeit/pirate/bootleg copies, has
become a counterfeit circuit, ebay have openly encouraged that by failing to deal with it.  No negativity here, the Small Faces
were ripped off enough over the decades, Steve and Ronnie died without receiving long over due royalties and Ronnie was so poor
he could not afford much needed medical help.  His many friends in the music business stepped in to payhis hospital bills, a sad
sad ending for Ronnie, the great Steve Marriott ended up playing in the same pubs and small clubs the Small Faces first performed
in and built up a loyal Mod following. They were one of the world's greatest bands of all time and I sincerely hope counterfeiting
never affects any of their other albums, everyone was a masterpiece and regardless however many of the endless 'Greatest Hits'
have been released on just about every label under the sun, the music still stands on it's own merits of such musical excellence,
other artists can only try to imitate them.  From Paul Weller to Led Zeppelin, their records have inspired so many great artists
and from their earliest, rawest r&b to the most sophisticated psychedelic masterworks, the Small Faces created singles and albums
that have withstood the hardest test of all....time.  That aside, the Small Faces were an incredible live band, Marriott was born
to perform on a stage and as musicians, Steve, Ronnie, Mac and Kenney would continue that during the 1970's after they went their
separate ways.  Until this album was compiled, the only live recordings came so late in their time together, the few tracks on the
out-takes album, "Autumn Stone" were virtually drowned by brass.  A reaction to being unable to perform "Odgens" live, the BBC
sessions went right back to their first year in 1965 with Jimmy Winston before Mac joined, those precious early tracks turned up
one of first songs they ever played live.  "Jump Back" was a heavy take on r&b /soul that went down so well with the Mods, the
Hadda Brooks song was unrecognisable as they poured red hot energy into "Jump Back", what a find that was! They did not just play
their latest hit singles but also concentrated on audience 'friendly' songs only found on their albums, so the likes of the acid
inspired "E To D" as live version for the BBC, was nothing less than sensational!  Then the Wille Dixon inspired heavy blues of
"You Need Loving" took rock music forward with Steve singing his heart out with the band playing as mean and gritty as any of
the 70's rock bands, this was the track that inspired Robert Plant to sing and ultimately became the blueprint for Led Zeppelin's
1969 powerhouse, "Whole Lotta Love."  For me, those three tracks I just mentioned were such immense live versions, I would have
bought the album just to hear them...again and again.  The rest of the album is equally incredible, how could you better the live
versions of "If I Were A Carpenter" and "Every Little Bit Hurts" with P.P. Arnold singing with Steve? Uncredited on the cover,
but Pat's soulful voice is much too distinctive to miss, this is some album! The mastering in 1999 was superbly executed, I loved
the CD's powerful sound but the vinyl has a fantastic impact, I really must end this here because honest enthusiasm can easily be
interpreted as 'over the top' salesmanship, ebay is rapidly developing a plastic personna as it is.  I go back to buying their debut
single in 1965 and no way do I want this to sound false, the tracks speak for themselves and I'm sure this will be read by the
converted anyway.  My final comment... "Understanding" is performed live!!

    R & M RECORDS.

My lifetime's love of music and records began at a very young age, the arrival of the Beatles and the 1960's decade
in general had a very profound effect. It was only natural to bring all my first hand experience of collecting vinyl
into becoming a professional record seller.  Nearly thirty years ago we entered into the wonderful atmosphere
of record fairs with the highest possible standards set. When the Internet became the world's new market place for
vinyl, in 2001 it was time to join ebay. Those standards were rigidly adhered to as they will always continue to be,
the basics of honesty and integrity were very much part of the era the music I love originated in, so here is our friendly
and very efficient service we are proud to provide;

EVERY RECORD IS FULLY PLAYED AND COMES WITH A 'NO ARGUMENT' MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
I USE GOOD OLD COMMON SENSE AS WELL AS A GLOBALLY ACCEPTED GRADING TERMINOLOGY
FROM THE U.K. "RECORD COLLECTOR PRICE GUIDE" BOOK.
THERE IT CLEARLY STATES "Sound Quality" AFFECTS EVERY GRADING LEVEL AND THAT IS THE ONE
AND ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO ACCURATELY GRADE RECORDS. i.e. COMBINING A STRICT VISUAL
INSPECTION WITH VERY CLOSELY LISTENING TO EVERY SECOND, UNLESS PERHAPS IN THE CASE
OF GENUINELY UNPLAYED VINYL.  EVEN THEN WE STILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR A RECORD
WHEN A CUSTOMER RECEIVES EITHER A SEALED OR AN UNPLAYED RECORD.

We take 100% responsibility after an item has been posted and offer our fullest support in the event of any problems.

We have kept all our charges at the same level for years now, but due to the Post Office's new price increases, regretfully we
will have to increase the cost of LP's, however, singles will remain unchanged.  Ebay were aware of that happening and have
increased their minimum postal cost for LP's to £7.00, that figure has been enforced by the UK Post Office and it will become
our UK First Class, Recorded Delivery cost for albums up to the value of £46.  A temporary reduction this week means we can
now post LP's for £5, but who knows how long before the Post Office return to £7?

For LP's valued above £46, the cost will be £9, we are unhappy about either increase but our high standard of packaging has meant
in 13 years of ebay trading, there has not been one record damaged, we are determined to maintain that in the present and future.

IN THE UK RECORDS UP TO THE VALUE OF £46 WILL BE SENT RECORDED DELIVERY, OVER £46 WILL BE
SENT SPECIAL DELIVERY.
FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD ALL RECORDS WILL BE SENT VIA 'INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR.'
