Bear in mind that picture discs do not have the high fidelity playback that regular vinyl does. Picture discs are primarily meant for display purposes. Vinyl grading is mostly considered for aesthetic (visual) purposes, rather than playback.

The condition of the record is as follows:  Vinyl looks great, only has a few very light handling scuffs, excellent for display. Limited edition picture disc from England, made in low numbers. Owned 12+ years. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
