I am the original owner, and I purchased directly from the band's record label Relapse in July 2012. All records to this double album have never been played. The album was sent to me with a clear plastic sleeve instead of shrink wrap.

This is the original standard 180g 2xLP edition. Side A/B is the yellow opaque. Side C/D is green opaque. Only 1000 were pressed like this.

When I got this from Relapse, Side A/B of the yellow opaque with the yellow stamper was warped. In talking with Relapse customer service, it took them 2 times to send me the correct replacement. The first replacement they sent was yellow Side C/D with the green stamper, only 500 were pressed like this. The second replacement sent was the correct yellow opaque Side A/B with the yellow stamper.

I have kept the emails I had with Relapse Records customer service. If requested, I will submit proof.
