Label lists both mono & stereo catalog numbers for the album

RECORD CONDITION: This is flawless. I have never labelled a record as NM or M, but if I ever were to, this one would get that. It has NO SCUFFS, NO scratches. It is IMMACULATE. 

Judging by the photographs, I'd say it's in MUCH BETTER shape than the other one currently being sold (the "Only 1 on eBay")

Beacause of the rarity of this record, it will only be sent insured & with a tracking number.
