I will make contact with JAPAN POST office to investigate that as soon as possible.
They make a contact with the post office of your country by about 2 weeks ant fix that where one be.
After JAPAN POST office found it, I will let you know and the package will reach to you with in several days.
When a result of the investigation is “lost”, I will send the full refund.
