Found this in my parents' basement & couldn't believe the MINT condition of each of these records.  "FDR SPEAKS" is a 6-lp set of famous speeches made by this beloved president.  Everything you've ever learned in history class:  From 1933's "Nothing To Fear" speech to the Fireside Chats to December 8 1941 Declaration of War ("Day of Infamy") and more!  Covers all years from '33 through 1945.  Each record is in never-played condition (feel free to scroll over each one in photo to see), in original sleeves, and original box.  Introduction to this historical set is by Eleanor Roosevelt.  Book included with photos of FDS meeting George Washington Carver, on the campaign trail in 1944, with Stalin at the Teheran Conference in 1943, with VP Harry Truman, and much much more!  From Washington Records in New York back in the 1940s or 1950s(?), this set is historical, a rare collectible, and absolutely mint quality!  *There is a note on the booklet reading "The records in this set have been manufactured of first quality vinyl to insure the finest performance."
