Thank you for viewing my ad for a still sealed/unplayed classic Beatles album “Beatles For Sale" that I believe was taken from the British Blue Box Edition from 1978. Some sets were broken up and shrink-wrapped by JEM Records of S. Plainfield, NJ, a major record importer, in order to sell individual albums separately. This record is New Old Stock as originally printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd., in England. 

Matrix info from my personal copy from the same batch of pressings:  (side 1) YEX 142-5-1-2-1, (side 2) YEX 143 - 6; however, matrices may vary from my examples. Black & white label. See photo for track listing.

CONDITION:  SHOWS AS NEW. This album has been in cool storage since the mid-'80s. Please review extra-large pictures (representative not necessarily the actual item) at top left corner of ad, which is considered part of description.

All our vinyl LPs and 45s listed on eBay are from a 50 year personal collection of record albums and singles we starting accumulating back in the mid-1960s, dedicated to preserving original pressings in the best over-all condition possible. Our New Old Stock (NOS) inventory, mostly consisting of import pressings, come from our long closed record shops: Discount Record Shop and Choice Recordings of Washington, DC and Half-Thoughts Records of Manasquan, NJ. Our beloved record collection is a mix of Rock, Roots Music, 60’s Garage, Psychedelic, Soul, R&B, Blues, Punk, New Wave, Metal, Girl Groups, Picture Discs, Classical, Choral, Opera, Jazz, International/World Beat, Movie Soundtracks, Musicals, Spoken Word, and Audiophile pressings in all genres.  We are offering a number of rock and soul singles. Back in the day we would compare sound quality between multiple editions of the same titles to keep the best sounding copies for ourselves. All records were played on high-end turntables with reasonably fresh stylus and carefully monitored tracking force & azimuth.

PACKAGING: Our records are professionally packed in thick, sturdy cardboard record mailers & clearly labeled FRAGILE. To date, we have not experienced damage in transit.

RETURNS: Generally we do not accept returns, but for this series of Beatles albums, if you need to return the album and we confirm it is defective, we will replace it with an identical album - return shipping at your cost.
