All grading is visual and subjective whether it be the cover, jacket, case, or sound quality of the recording. I am familiar with the guideline codes but it is still a subjective call (one person's NM- may be another person's VG+ and so on). I try to be fair as if I was the buyer (I've been buying and selling on eBay for almost 20 years). Since I have many recordings from 50+ years of collecting I do not have time to listen to all tracks on every recording. Sometimes there is surface noise which one cannot detect unless played. I cannot guarantee an item will not have surface noise other than what is visible by the eye, some scratches/scuffs are minor and make no noise, while other scratches/scuffs look minor but can cause a pop or skip. If you have a question, ask before you bid. Discs and cassettes are mailed in the plastic case/digipack unless requested to do otherwise. I do not grade cases nor do I refund for damaged cases or inserts which sometimes occurs in shipping. For records and reel to reel tapes I do not guarantee that corners and spines won't get bent or split in shipping, no matter how carefully packed. I do not refund for bent corners, tears in shrink wrap or ripped/broken spines which sometimes occurs in shipping. If an item is sealed I will stand by the contents therein and refund accordingly. Combined shipping is $.50 per additional CD, DVD, VHS or cassette and $1 per additional LP and reel to reel tape. Shipments are insured at buyer's option, risk and expense (about $2.50). If buyer wants insurance it must be paid for when checking out (if notified before shipping I will add insurance to the invoice). Buyer is responsible to file for all insurance claims but I will help. A Tracking Number will be provided at buyer’s request. I am reasonable and will work with you but you should address all concerns before you bid. By bidding on my items, you are accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
