All items are brand new and factory sealed. 

All orders will ship within 24hrs of order being placed or 48hrs if item is bought on a Friday (after 4pm) or bought on a Saturday. 

Please note all our products are delivered in exactly the same state in which we receive them from the manufacturer. Items that are not shrink-wrapped are still new and this does not affect the quality of the product.    

All items are 100% brand new and supplied as they are received from our suppliers. This sometimes means that CDs, DVDs OR BLU-RAY’s may not be shrink wrapped, this is purely a manufacturer decision.

Please also note that shrinkwrap is simply part of the packaging and not part of the product.

SHIPPING TIMES

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within 1 to 3 working days of the shipping date.

EU orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days of shipping date - all depends on local postage speeds once order has been shipped with Royal Mail.

Rest of World orders will take around 5 to 20 working days - depending on local shipping times.

Please contact us if you have any issues with your items.  We accept return requests for items 30 days after the items delivery date.  Please message us via eBay and be as specific as possible about the issue and we will do our best to solve any problems.
