This is an extremely rare original TEST PRESS/PROMO copy of the excellent DOCUMENT #5 LP by PAGENINETYNINE on Reptilian Records ("REP 046" etched on runout groove) from 2000.  A monster screamo/noise/hardcore record from this great band.  The vinyl is in glossy NM condition with plain grey/black test labels on both sides and comes in it's originl plain white promo sleeve with CD booklet insert, as pictured.  Don't pass up a truly rare gem like this!
