Mega Rare LP of Horace Silver - Doin' The Thing at the Village Gate (Blue Note 84076 - stereo) Original blue and white New York USA labels with Van Gelder and ear on both sides. One of Silver's best also features Blue Mitchell and Junior Cook in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make a bit of noise and with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but certainly not trashed either - still, you will hear a bit of noise on this one. The cover is in solid VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear, but NO writing, NO splits, NO tape, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.
Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing (in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments). I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
International mailing costs: International overseas mailing (Europe, Japan, Asia etc…) for one LP would be $29.00. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials. One LP to Canada would be $20.00
US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as the cost of mailers and packing materials.
Paypal accepted or write for preferred payment options. Serious bidders only - payment must be received in ten days from notification. All items are guaranteed upon return in condition sent, but mailing costs are NOT refundable. Thanks for your interest and good luck.
