Bear in mind that picture discs do not have the high fidelity playback that regular vinyl does. Picture discs are primarily meant for display purposes. Vinyl grading is mostly considered for aesthetic (visual) purposes, rather than playback.

The description of the record is as follows:   Has quite a few scratches of varying depth, would only grade VG or better for playback, the good news is that these do not affect display in the least, the disc looks terrific, excellent for display. Limited edition import picture disc from France, made in low numbers. Comes from an amateur private collection, not a store.
