I believe this is the original 1963 US Stereo release as it has AS-39 A & AS-39 B as well as Van Gelder and Stereo etched on both sides of the runout matrix. I believe the 70's reissues had different matrix and or barcodes.
As for the LP itself, it has some dust and slight surface noise but is still very enjoyable from start to finish. A few small pops here and there but I could not detect any skipping or gross noise. A proper cleaning could do wonders.
Both labels have initials written in black as well as the same initials in black on inner gatefold. Other than a little outer wear, in solid shape.
I would grade Jacket VG- and the vinyl VG- as well.
