Up for auction is a super rare, ORIGINAL copy of the all-time classic NYHC 7", "Thou Shalt Not Kill" by ANTIDOTE.
This features a fold over sleeve, fold out liner notes insert (with a t-shirt offer crossed out in marker, DIY style), and black vinyl record (with that center adapter, don't know if its original so it's included).
From the description of the reissue: "Antidote's Thou Shalt Not Kill EP is one of the most sought-after pieces of hardcore history. Released in 1983, there were only 1,000 copies of this 7-inch originally pressed and subsequently, bootlegged versions started to pop up everywhere in various formats."

This is a RARE example of the ORIGINAL - a fine, 35 year old example of an important piece of New York Hardcore history.  There's some slight wear as you might expect, see photos.

Antidote was around in 1983 and played many shows with Agnostic Front and The Abused, and checking the liner notes (photo) you'll see a young John Joseph from the Cro-Mags credited on backing vocals. The band Infest was highly influenced by Antidote and was know to cover their songs.

the all time classic NYHC 7" "Thou Shalt Not Kill" by ANTIDOTE. This is the 1st press with the pocket sleeve and un X'ed insert. The second press came in a fold over sleeve with the t-shirt offer on the insert crossed out. A first press insert like this one isn't crossed out because it was bought right when it came out when the shirts were still available. Many 1st press inserts even have the offer crossed out so it's fare to say this is a much rarer version.
The cover shows some signs of edge wear common to these over sized sleeves. In the interest of full disclosure when I got this copy the glue on the pocket sleeve had failed and the flaps were partially torn. I meticulously opened it up and taped it from the inside with very fine restoring scotch tape restoring it without damaging the appearance. A small tear on the opening has been taped from the inside to keep it from tearing more and it is almost unnoticeable. The repairs were done with the highest standard in order to preserve this piece of hardcore history. Unless you look at this under strong light and very closely you would never know it had been repaired.
The vinyl is super nice only showing some very fine hairline marks, it plays so well it's like a dream. This is a very nice copy indeed. Of the 4 i've seen this is the nicest. Take a look at the photos to see for yourself
